These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Jones Houses platform. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Investments shown on the platform are not suitable for all persons; verification is required before access to data rooms is granted.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Listings & Information

Information published on the platform is provided by third parties (property owners, funders, builders, agents). Jones Houses reviews and verifies that information to a commercial standard but does not guarantee its accuracy. Listings do not constitute offers, recommendations, or financial advice.

4. Fees

Standard platform fees, when applicable, are disclosed in writing before a transaction concludes. There are no hidden charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jones Houses is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of use of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Porto.
